Context
The relevant committees agreed to proceed in 2021. The National Council committee then commissioned a preliminary draft and collected responses through consultation.
What to check
The consultation report summarises views. Both the National Council and the Council of States must agree on the same text. A final vote may be followed by an optional referendum.
